ETN session to help music teachers An upcoming workshop for music and classroom teachers will provide new ideas and fresh approaches for teaching i in a and junior high school. "Ideas For General Music" is a University of Wisconsin- Extension program available here via the a i a Telephone Network (ETN) on Nov. 24, Dec. 1 and Dec. 8 from 6:30 7:50 p.m.

The first session explores resources for American and Wisconsin folk music and lore for celebrating the Bicentennial in music. The next session focuses on nontraditional environments for general music and the concluding seminar considers courses for junior high school using ideas of open education and instruments to allow students to progress at their own rate.
