San Fbancisco, April was quiet at the produce exchange this morning, Prices, however, continue firm. Wheat is strong with moderate demand for export grades.

Offerings are, however, light as holders of wheat are awaiting still further advances In prices. A choice lot of shipping wheat would easily sell at per cental. The millers are compelled to pay top figures for select parcels. Barley continues steady with a moderate inquiry for cholco bright feed. Brewing goods are quiet.

There is au active demand for red potatoes, and whites, which for two days past had been rather sow, showed signs of picking up this morning. There is no change of note iv the prices. Onions are rather weak. More strawberries arrived this morning from Maytlcld. They sold at 25 cen a basket.

Some Los Angeles strawberries which arc in market are selling poorly. Oranges are holding shelr own, and especially Riverside navels. Four carloads were received yesterday. In the butter market prices are tending downward. There is no shipping demand; everything has to depend upon the local trade.

Cheese is very easy, with abundant supplies. Eggs are firm and slightly advanced for choice stock. Asparagus was a shade higher in prices this morning, owing to the increased demand and moderate receipts. Rhubarb is arriving freely and tending downward in price, as the stocks are large. Green peas and string beans are also weaker.

Good tomatoes are very scarce and selling high. There are few choice Los Angeles tomatoes in the market. San Fbancisco, April 11.25 per box for common to good: choice. 1 feed. Barley brewing .50 $1 31(332.

I tried all tho doctors and many remedies, but the sores still grew worse, until 1 did not expect him to recover. My friends were confident that if the soreshealed it would kill him.
