Robert Jeff Ballard, who owns Attic Label Co. on Samsonite Boulevard, was arrested on separate charges of sexual assault and sexual battery. Ballard, 34, of Cason Court, declined to comment but referred all questions to his attorney who was ill court and unavailable this morning. The two women employees contacted Murfreesboro Police Detective Anita Flagg who said she told them they, could obtain arrest warrants against Ballard.
