Add chicken strips and rosemary and stir-fry for approximately three minutes, until chicken meat has turned white.

Add wine, salt and pepper, turn up heat and continue to stir-fry just until wine has evaporated. Do not overcook or chicken will become rubbery. Serve immediately.
