The first floor contains a spacious lobby, conference and waiting rooms, dental, oral hygiene, maternity and infant welfare clinics, as well as sections for treatment of tuberculosis, venereal diseases and an X-ray room. On the second floor will he offices of the district health department and staff, nurses quarters and health education facilities.
