On Friday the U.S. embassy sent the Brazilian foreign ministry a memoran president Joao Gou-lart in April, 1964, but Brazil remains under a government which is basically military. Geisel was not elected. He was chosen by the military and approved by the congress.

Two boys steal bus 'for fun' NEW YORK (UPI) -Two 14-year olds stole a 40 foot-long Greyhound bus "for fun" on Saturday and navigated down Fifth across Central Park and onto the Henry Hudson Parkway until they encountered the bane of all New York Drivers: The bottleneck. Police said one of the boys handled the bus "like a pro." Greyhound officials said he was an escapee from the Manhattan State Mental Hospital.
