Carbon-copy thieves rob credit union Three armed men forced their way into the home of the manager of the Brigden Credit Union about 3 a.m. Saturday, tied up his wife and daughter and then made him drive to the office and open a safe. They escaped with an undisclosed sum of money. Police said it was the second time in 14 months that thieves used the technique to rob the credit union office in this town 20 miles southeast of Sarnia. Orest Hawrylak told police three men wearing ski masks kicked in the back door of his house.
