The claim was filed with the office of Controller Gerosa by Harold A. Kane of 256-19 87th Floral Park, the youth's father. Kane contends that the city latled to provide proper medical care for hfs son, Harold Kane 18. The claim was filed as the aftermath of an accident at 2:45 A.M.
