Wagner, 81 years old, lifelong resident of Fayetle county who spent the greater part of his life at Dunbar, died at 9:45 o'clock -Sunday morning at the home of his son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. George H. Wagner, at 406 Eliza street, after a lingering jllness. He had suffered a stroke November and never recovered from it.

Mr, Wagner was born May 29, 1859, a son of the late Joseph and Rebecca Wagner. He was-unitecT in marriage September "2S, Harriet Artis," who died in 1935. Surviving are two sons, George H. Wagner of Eliza street and C. A.

Wagner cf 203 "West Washington avei.ue, proprietor of the Paramount Theatre; four grandchildren, Jean Francis, Christy, Margaret and Leona Wagner; one great grandchild, Paul James Francis; one balf- sister, Mrs. Mary Henry of Hudson, Ohio, and one half-brother, Samuel Wagner of Struthers, Ohio. 1 A member of the Dunbar Presbyterian Church most of his life, he also was enrolled in the Junior Order of United American Mechanics. For nearly 45 years, Mr. Wagner was employed at the old Dunbar furnace and later at the Paramount Theatre, operated by his son, when the latter had charge of both the Paramount and Sr -son theatres.

Deceased was known to most movie patrons as "Dad." The "body will be taken from the George H. Wagner home in Eliza street to the Dunbar Presbyterian Church at 1:30 o'clock "Wednesday afternoon where it will lie in state until 2:30 o'clock, of the funeral service. Rev. William S. Hamilton will officiate.

Interment will be in Mount Auburn Cemetery in charge of Funeral Director James of Dunbar. WILLIAM A. WOOD Stricken while listening to the World Senes baseball game Saturday afternoon, William A. He was 1 sitting in a chair when stricken. Mr. Wood, near Van WertT Ohio', September 21, 1868, a son of the la'te' Adarum Judson and Mary Ann Smith Wood. Before locating at Dawson 30 years ago, he had resided in Ohio and Burr Oak, Kan. He was a passenger and freight conductor on the Pittsburgh Lake Erie Railroad for a number of years, retiring three years ago.

Mr. Wood was married to Edna Luckey ol Dawson and' to the union one daughter, Mary Lois Wcod, at home, was bom. Besides his wife and daughter, he is survived by one stepdaughter, Miss Henrietta Downing, also at home. He was the last surviving member of immediate family. Mr.

Wood was a member of Guyasuta Lodge No. 513, F. and A. M. of PHtsourgh, and of the Order of Railway Conductors of the Pittsburgh Lake Erie Railroad.

He was a member of the Dawson council for several terms. Funeral service will be held at 2:30 o'clock Tuesday afternoon at the family home. Hev. William Harper, pastor of the Dawson Baptist Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Dickerson Run Union Cemetery.

Born in Connellsville August 21, 1922, he attended me public schools and was enrolled as a junior at Connellsville i School. He was a member of the United Brethren Church and attended the Sunday School. Surviving in addition, to his parents are three brothers, Frank Edward, and the twins, Haloid and Harry, all at home. He was grandson of Mr. and Mrs.
