Bouquets of white chrysanthemums and gladioli decorated the church. Mrs. Raymond Stryker was the organist, and Mrs. Richard Sass, soloist. The bride was given in marriage by her father.

She wore a gown which had short jacket of Alencon lace, fashioned with a high neckline with a mandarin collar and three quarter-length sleeves. The waltz-length skirt of the gown was plain tulle, appliqued in Alencon lace matching the jacket, falling over an underskirt of tulle ruffles. The bride's chapel-length, veil fell from a tiara of seed pearls, and she carried a Bible with a marker of white orchids, and ribbon streamers tied with sprays of stephanotis. One Attendant Mrs. Gerald Pruitt, Keansburg, was the bride's only attendant.

Her tulle gown was blue, styled with a bouffant ruffled skirt, and was worn with a matching veiled headpiece. She carried a basket of pink roses and white chrysanthemums. Gerald Pruitt, Keansburg, was the best man. The ushers were Carl Kelly, New Orleans, who is stationed with the bridegroom in the U. S.

Navy at McGuire Air Force Base, and Paul E. Welch, Little Silver. A reception followed in the church hall, where decorations were floral arrangements of small chrysanthemums in autumn colors. The bride's mother wore a navy blue ensemble with pink accessories, and a corsage of pink roses and white chrysanthemums. Airman Chapman and Mrs.

Chapman will make their home at 113 Main Matawan. The bride, a Middletown Township High School graduate, is employed by Prudential Insurance Newark. The bridegroom graduated from Shamrock Schools, and is serving in the U. S. Navy, stationed at McGuire Air Force Base.

Funeral Services Frank J. Weber Funeral services were held Saturday at 9:30 a.m. at the Day Funeral Home, Keyport, for Frank J. Weber, 92, of 380 Maple Keyport, who died Wednesday, Oct. 29, 1958, in Monmouth Medical Center.

Services were held at 10 a.m. by the Rev. C. J. Kane in St.

Joseph's Church, Keyport. Interment was in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Keyport. Mr. Weber a retired carpenter, and communicant of St.

Joseph's Church. He was the husband of the late Mrs. Anna V. (McSorley) Weber. He was a member of St.

Joseph's Holy Name Society, Keyport, Ancient order of Hibernians, Keyport, and Independent Order of Foresters, Newark. Surviving are one son, Harold one niece, Mrs. Irene Weinman, Keyport. Mrs. Charles J.

Policastro Funeral services were held Saturday at 10 a.m. at the Flynn Son Funeral Home, Perth Amboy, with the Rev. Lyle B. Gangsei, officiating, for Mrs. Catherine Policastro, 75 Strawberry Hill Woodbridge, who died Tuesday, Oct.

28, 1958, at her home, following a short illness. She was the sister of Mrs. Arthur Utter, Cliffwood. Beach. Interment was in VanLiew Cemetery, New Brunswick.

Mrs. Policastro was born in Paterson and lived in Perth Amboy 20 years. She was a resident of Cliffwood before. moving to Woodbridge two years ago, She was a member of Our Savior's Lutheran Church, Perth Amboy. Also surviving are her husband, Charles J.

Policastro; three daughters, Mrs. William Savage, Asbury Park; Mrs. John Larsen and Mrs. Elmer Jensen, Sayreville; three sons. Joseph Perth Amboy; Charles J.

and Arthur, Woodbridge; two other sisters, Mrs. James Richner, Bloomfield; Mrs. Jean VanMalden, Perth Amboy; two brothers, Fred Zuidema, Edison, and Peter Zuidema, Perth Amboy, and eight grandchildren. Ernest Petershagen Funeral services were held Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Koyen Funeral Chapel, Perth Amboy, for Ernest F.

Petershagen, father of Mrs. Andrew Gallaway, Laurence Harbor, who died Wednesday morning, Oct. 29, 1958, in Roosevelt Hospital, Edison. Cremation was at Roschill Crematory, Linden. Mr.

Petershagen was born in Hamburg, Germany, and moved to Perth Amboy in April after retiring as operator of the Park Delicatessen in Highland Park, where, he resided. He was a member of the Unter-uns, Hoboken. Also surviving are his wife, Johanna Petershagen; one son, Heinz, Perth Amboy, and three grandchildren. Her nylon tulle fingertip-length veil fell from a crown of seed pearls and she carried a cascade bouquet of white roses. Four Attendants Miss Gloria M. Spratford, South Amboy, was the maid of honor. She wore a shrimp embroidered crystallette gown and carried a colonial bouquet of white pompons and pink roses.

Miss Caroline H. Keller, South Amboy, sister of the bride, and Miss Maria Finan, Fords, cousin of the bride, were bridesmaids. Their gowns were styled similar to the honor attendant's in aqua, and they carried the same type bouquets. Miss Adele Schulmeister, Cheesequake, cousin of the bridegroom, was the flower girl. She wore a shrimp embroidered crystallette gown and carried a basket of white pompons and pink roses.

Richard Fenwick Cheesequake, was best man, and ushering were Melvin Cressman, Cheesequake, cousin of the bridegroom, and Michael Keller, South Amboy, brother of the bride. Britton Schulmeister Cheesequake, cousin of the bridegroom, was the ring bearer. For her daughter's wedding, Mrs. Keller wore a Copen blue silk organza dress and a of white orchids. The bridegroom's mother selected a teal blue lace dress and also wore a corsage of white orchids.

To Tour South Following a reception at the East Brunswick First Aid Building, the couple left for a tour of the Southern States. The bride is a graduate of Harold G. Hoffman High School, South Amboy, Class of 1956, and is employed as a card punch operator at the Raritan Arsenal, Metuchen. The bridegroom graduated from Matawan High School in 1950 and is employed by E.I. DuPont, Parlin, He served two years in the U.

The dress was princess style with a sweetheart neckline and chapel-length skirt with a short train. The matching jacket had long sleeves, pointed at the wrists, and a Queen Anne collar. Her fingertip-length veil fell from a crown of tiny white flowers and rhinestones and she carried a cascade bouquet of white roses. Wears Pink Miss Sandy Hollum, Keyport, was the maid of honor.

Her pink ballerina- dress had a fitted lace bodice with a square neckline and baby doll sleeves. Lace appliques trimmed the full nylon skirt. She wore a large bow headpiece with a circular veil and carried a cascade bouquet of talisman roses. Martin J. McGrath Keansburg, was the best man and ushering were John England and Walter England, Red Bank, uncles of the bride.

The bride's mother wore a steelgray taffeta and lace dress with navy accessories and a corsage of pink rose buds. The bridegroom attended Lagon High School, LaCrosse. He now is serving with the U.S.

Armour A. Ashforth 81, of 233 Outlook Cliffwood Beach, died Friday, Oct. 31, 1958, at his home, He was born in West Brighton, S.1., the son of the late William P. and Matilda (Harris) Ashforth. He was a dispatcher for the Consolidated Edison Company until he retired in 1941.

He was Madison Township Police Clerk from 1941 to 1951. He was a member of St. Mary's Episcopal Church, Keyport. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Louise (Sauer) Ashforth; one son.
