Harold Dull, general chairman of the Connellsville Sesqul- Celebration, issued the following statement anent the ibservance of the city's 150th birthday: "I a thank each and every person and organization, vhether large or small, for every contribution, whether of time, effort or monetary, all of which made it possible to stage the greatest celebration in the history of Connellsville in observance of its 150th birthday. "I shall refrain from singling out any individual or group of ndividuals for their great work because of the possibility of over- ooking one tireless contributor but as general chairman I am deeply grateful for the splendid spirit of cooperation th-at-prevailed the development of the plans over the past two years and the and willingness of the huge number of volunteer workers. It would have been impossible to record such a magnificent event and it was a tremendous success without this community united its promotion.
