WALKER AT ANACONDA ANACONDA, Nov. I jury term of district court was set tentatively to open here on Nov. 29, Judge R. E. McHugh of the fifth judicial district announced yesterday.

A calendar with a number of civil actions was prepared from' notes of issue filed recently. The dates of trial will be set by Judge McHugh next week. Included on the calendar will be eight.criminal actions, of which several are for robbery and assault. They will be heard during the Jury term. Dates for the criminal actions also will be set next week.

The jury term this month marks the first to be held during the fall in Anaconda for several years. Usually, only one term has been held each year during recent years, that during the spring. The fall term was set to clear a crowded calendar. ANACONDA, NOT. funeral ol Ira B.

Walker, known resident of Anaconda and the Big Hole basin, who died suddenly last Monday near Wenat- hee, while on a vacation rip, was conducted this afternoon, ervices were at the First Presby- erian church. Arrangements for several activities during the winter were made last night it a meeting of the Sarstleld Social club. The club also Is planning campaign for new members. Chairmen of the various committees were appointed and the drive Is expected to get under way soon. Members of the club will be trie guests of the Phil Sheridan club of Anaconda Tuesday night.
