This means making difficult choices to mandate conservation. We must limit population growth in our desert state. 2. 1 oppose such voucher systems. Our public school system requires major improvements, including nating the New Mexico state school board and improved targeting of resources.

Increasing teacher salaries is essential. 3. 1 would support repeal of the death penalty; however, we need to be sure that child molesters and rapists are taken off the streets permanently. 4. 1 strongly oppose such a law.

Strengthening handgun control laws will do much more to protect New Mexicans than will enacting concealed cany laws, and I will work for greater handgun control. 5. 1 would support re-enactment. Collective bargaining continues to be an important tool for all our citizenry. 6.

1 am pro-choice and support a woman's right to govern her own reproductive health. I also support expanding education for our youth with regard to family planning. 7. 1 would support eliminating both taxes. New Mexicans shouldn't be taxed on essential purchases and services.

I believe these taxes also unfairly affect low-income households. Taxation should be increased on unhealthy choices. 8. Yes, involving a business client who took bankruptcy and failed to meet obligations to my company. It was in the 1970s and has been cleared up.

I would also support vouchers for students whose parent's Income are below the federal poverty level. 3. At this time I would oppose repeal of the death penalty. 4. 1 would'Vupport a law that would allow New Mexicans to cafry concealed hand-guns, except in schools, courthouses and churches.

Organizing and negotiating wages, terms and conditions of employment are basic human rights, so I would support re-enactment of a public employee bargaining The United States Supreme Court has ruled on this issue and, like all good Americans, I support the court's decision. 7.

Revenues from food and medical services taxes are used to fund our public schools, so I would support their elimination under a requirement that education funding be held harmless. I support tax cuts that do not reduce investment in public education. 8. 1 am not a business owner. 9.

It's time to develop efficient, bi-partisan resolutions that will eliminate waste, close loopholes, and strengthen accountability. 2. 1 would support vouchers under a requirement that funding for public schools not be used to provide the vouchers. Policy that reduces investment in public education will not help New Mexico. 3.

It's a mortal sin to intentionally take a life, so I would support repealing the death penalty in New Mexico. 4. As a NRA member, I support the right to keep and bear arms. The New Mexico Constitution, strictly prohibits the carrying of concealed handguns, so I would oppose.
