All came with -well-filled baskets and at the noon hour all present enjoyed -a bountiful diaper, the table being decorated with garden flowers. The afternoon meeting was called to order and Nick Comer of Greentown, vice president of the Wright and Coate reunion, was elected president; Adolfs Wright of Kokomo vice-president, and Flora Miller of Center, secretary-treasurer.

It was voted to call the gathering the Wright cousins meeting and to meet at the home of Nick Comer of Greentown the second Sunday of September, 1930. The afternoon was spent socially. Those present were Mrs. Fannie Endicott of Andrews, Mr. and Mrs.

Abner Ratcliff of Flora, Mr. and Mrs. Guerney Hobson of Russlaville, Mr. and Mrs. Phil Davis of Indianapolis.

The Daughters of Union Veterans and members, of the G. A. R. and their wives were entertained Sunday afternoon by Mr. and Mrs Ward north of'tlie city at Jewell crossing.

About seventy were present. The day was Idea! and fifteen of the veterans were able to attend, the largest number gathered -together, for some time. The committee in charge waa composed of Mrs. Mary Mae Coate, Osee Keiter and Mrs. June Fleming, all daughters of Comrade Ezra Jackson.

The grandchildren of Mr. Jackson pro vivided the afternoon's program which consisted of a reading by Mildred Jackson, a violin'duet by Thelma Coaie and Mary Helen Fleming, reading-by'.
