His bright schemes for getting people to eat more meat have a way of bringing trouble to his employers and disaster to himself. He gets fared when an elephant in his especially prepared meat circus runs amok and destroys a great deal of property for which the firm has to pay. Sally falls heir to his job, and his rival in the advertis ing and promotion department steps in and wins her away from Jimmy. But not for long, as Jimmy comes back after a few dishearten ing experiences and, chastened in spirit, woos and wins Sally all over again. Jay Comey and Sidney Claire have written a couple of good song numbers that are introduced incidentally into the film.

The London settings are interesting and the set which represents Alice's house in Putney is a picturesque background for Lillian Gish. Ben Bernie, after an absence of a year or more, is once again the feature of the New York Paramount stage show this week. He and his band are an entertaining group.
