John 21-(Tribune -Judge cult Saturday. Herschel Car. granted, four divorces in men was given a divorce from Bernice Carmen, and the custody three minor children; Martin Mahler was granted separation from Dillian Mahler, the custody minor child, and ordered not to remarry for two years. Florence Eileen Ostler was granted divorce from Dale Ostler and her former name of Miller restored.

Mrs. Miriam W. Davis. was given divorce from R. Davis and awarded the custody of two children for which Davis was dered to pay support.

Guy Ostier, East McClurg street, WAS remanded to fall 11 days when unable to pay fine of and costa imposed him in city court by Mayor Bert Lucas, who also suspended a penal farm sentence of 90 days. Investigate Three Wrecks Sheriff Burt Lilly and deputy Ralph Watson investigated three automobile accidents in the Friday night and Saturday morning, according to their official records.
