ies I i 56--FRIDAY, APRIL 21. 1978 NEWS RECORD HI "HUH- Former police chief H. B. Kendrick dies Funeral services will be held today for Harold B. Kendrick, 62, former Rlchland police chief, who died Tuesday.

April 18,1978, at his residence after a long illness. Mr. Kendrick, of Farifield Drive, Rlchland, served as chief from 1956 to 1965 and from 1969 until his retirement in 1975. Joining the force as a patrolman in 1950, he was one of township's first police officers. A member of the Allegheny i i Association.

Mr. Kendrick also belonged to the Richland Fire Department, Allison Park Odd Fellows Lodge and Richland Sportsmen's Club. He is survived by his wife. Nellie McGrosky Kendrick; three sons: Ralph Harold A. and Raymond P.
