The Prince of Wales upset the elaborate program of rodeo and Gaucho sports arranged for. his entertainment at the Estan cTa? which he visited Monday, he remained In bed until midday aboard the train, leaving, government dignitaries and his host cooling their heels for three hours awaiting his convent ence. A special pilot train carrying newspaper men and Dhotosraphers, pre ceded the prince who traveled in President Alvear's private coach. The trains arrived at the Kstancia In the early morning. The program was scneauied to start at 10 o'clock.

Tne prince awoke at 6, demanded tea and reinrnea to sleep. Hundreds of Gauchos in native costumes assembled to escort the prince lo the Estancta. They abandoned their wait wnon they learnea that tne prince did not care to witness the rodeo and put it on for the newspapermen and tho populace. The prince's Indifference is reported to be offending high Argentine dignitaries who aro escorting him, as such actions are not considered polite in Argentine, where stress is laid on the acceptance of hospitality. rQfi a former occasion, the prince overslept and failing to keep an appointment, he sent no excuses. He was to have visited the leading Buenos Aires school as the guest of the minister of education.
