Draw baugh, Dover, this county, was awarded a contract by the county commissioners to construct a concrete girder bridge of two spans of forty five feet each, across the Little Conewago Creek at Frey's. Mill, on the Trail, neaj Zion's View, atvhis bid of $11,751. There were five, estimates received by County Controller Bartenschlager and opened by the board at its session.

The other bidders and their bids were as J. Shawfield Company, Harrisburg, C. M. Hess, Dover. $13, 972; Ira J.

Riehter Construction Company, Harrisburg, G. A. F. M. Wagman, Dallastown, $11,835.75.

County Engineer Robert B. Mc Kinnon informed the board that the plans for the large three spajiVon crete bridge to be erected across the Big Conewago Creek on the Susquehanna Trail at Camp Ganoga, near Strinestown, are being completed and estimates will be asked for the proposed improvements in about two weeks.
