J. C. Reese, a former member of the Central fire department, was arrested Monday afternoon on complaint of Dan Miller, a carpenter, who charges that Reese stabbed him three times. The alleged stabbing took shortly after noon Monday in the rear of the Legal Tender saloon, 211 East Overland street. Miller is not seriously injured.

Pascual Orozcu and their officers if any of them attempt to come to the American side of the Rio Grande for any reason. While no public record has been made of these warrants and extradition requests in the federal courts, it is known that the papers are prepared and will be served upon the rebel chiefs as soon as they cross the line. The specific charge against Col. Orozco, father of the commander in chief, is conspiracy to smuggle ammunition in violations of the neutrality laws. It is probable that Gen.

Orozco and his chiefs would be arrested on extradition warrants filed by tha Mexican government through the Mexican consul in El Paso. The officers here are keeping a watch for any the rebel commanders although they say that none are expected to crosi the border here.
