(P) The possibility arose today that eyewitness reports by British Parliament members and United States representatives on conditions in the Nazi concentration camps might' be presented directly to the world, security conference at San Francisco to emphasize the need for a strong peace. A British House of Commons delegation left here today to inspect the tragic sites by invitation of Gen. Eisenhower.

It was expected that he would extend a similar invitation to the American legislators. Diplomatic quarters in London, noting the wave of revulsion which followed the publication of details of the concentration camps, maintained that a joint report to the conference would provide a powerful argument for the need for unity to prevent recurrences. British Party Urges Big Three Agreement LONDON, April 20 (P) The British Labor party, chafing under restraints imposed by its participation in the wartime coalition government, demanded today a future foreign policy to develop a new United Nations war "on hunger, ignorance and want." Simultaneously it called for overhaul of Britain's economic system, a great program of modernization and reequipment of factories, homes, schools and social services. The double objective for Britain's course at home and abroad was laid down in a "declaration of policy" by (he party's execu tive committee for submission to the annual conference next month as a prelude to the first general election in ten years. "Now thtt victory has been won, at great a cost of life and material destruction, we must make sure that Germany and Japan are deprived of all power ever to make war again," the committee said.

It called for the consolidation of the Soviet-Anglo-American association, saying: "Let it be not forgotten that in the years leading up to the war the tories were so scared of Russia that they missed the chance to e-tablish a pnrtnership that might well have prevented the war."
