DIVORCES GRANTED Claudia L. Kasten from Harold J. Kasten. 2 Proposed SIDs Now Three Two proposed special improvement districts to care for street trees have become three, reported Councilman Allen Wharton Wednesday at a meeting of the Park Council. The districts will be located in the north-central area, on the south side and the west end of Billings.

Fees are only tentatively set at $5 per 10,000 square feet on a building site. Building site owners in the will not be contacted areas, June, said Wharton, and no collections will be made until about November. Money will provide extra care for boulevard trees in areas with the most trees. The third district came of splitting what was formerly one large district. Eligible for examination at the clinic will be children from Golden Valley, Big Horn, Musselshell, Carbon, Petroleum, Wheatlend and Yellowstone counties, said Mrs. Martin. The child health division of the state board of health sponsoring the clinic, Mrs. Martin said. Moore Services Funeral services for Otto I.

Moore, 79, Tacoma, were held Wednesday morning at Michelotti Sawyers Mortuary. Dr. Vern L. Klingman of First Methodist Church officiated. Burial was in Custer Battlefield National Cemetery.

Pallbearers were John Siebbert, Leslie Thompson, William Kindt, W. G. Roberts, Leonard Eld and Alden Aarsrud, all of Winnett, and Art A. Nelson and Tillman N. Sandaker.

Military honors were by Winnett and Hardin American Legions. Mr. Moore died in Tacoma, Friday after an extended illness. He is survived by the widow, three sisters and three granddaughters. Area Deaths MRS.

KAI ALAN TORGRINSON SIDNEY- -Kai Alan Torgrinson, 2-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Torgrinson of Circle, died Tuesday at McCone County Hospital in Circle. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Froid Lutheran Church.

Burial will be in Kvile Cemetery at Troy. JOHN HAMMERVOLD BEACH, N.D. John Hammervold, 78, long-time rancher and stock raiser at Carlyle, died Saturday in a Beach hospital. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in First Lutheran Church with the Rev.

DeMolay Reelects Chandler Cohagen Chandler C. Cohagen, Billings architect, was elected to his 12th term as treasurer by International Order of DeMolay Wednesday at the 46th annual International Supreme Council meeting in Tulsa, Okla. Cohagen was Grand Master of DeMolay from 1938 to 1939. He was elected to Supreme Council in 1927 and has been executive officer in charge of Montana DeMolay chapters since. Classroom Teachers To Hear Miss Miller Miss Harriet Miller, superintendent of public instruction will be guest speaker at a meeting of Yellowstone Classroom Teachers Association Tuesday at 4:15 p.m.

Communion Service An interdenominational communion service is planned Thursday noon in First Congregational Church, the Rev. John McClelland, pastor, said Wednesday. Winnie Nudges Czar PARIS (AP) Winston Churchill 1874-1965 has nudged Czar Alexandre III 1845-94 off a Paris street. The British statesman-writer's name was posted this week on the block-long street that long had borne the name of the emperor who ruled the Russias in 1881-94. The renamed street is between the River Seine and the Champs Elysees.

MILES CITY Almon Bernard Hardy, 50, long-time eastern Montana resident, died Tuesday at a Miles City hospital. Mr. Hardy was born at Ismay March 6, 1916. He ranched near Ekalaka until 1945 when he moved to Miles City. He married Evelyn Trout June 1, 1937 in Baker.

Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Duane Hanson of Blytheville, Ark. and Katherine, at home; a brother, John of Miles City; a sister, Margaret Maxwell of Billings and a grandchild. Funeral services will be Saturday at 10 a.m. in Graves Funeral Chapel, with the Rev.

John Fitz of First Presbyterian Church officiating. Burial will be in Custer County Cemetery. Roal C. Larson, 58 Roal Clavey Larson, 58, of Rt. 1, Billings, died Wednesday in a Billings hospital of a lung ailment.

He was born in Billings Sept. 19, 1907, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Rudolph Larson. He married Lela Sharp in Billings Scpt.

19, 1929. Mr. Larson was employed as an electrician and later became part owner of the Billings Electric Co. He retired in 1956 because of ill health. He was a member of Ashlar Lodge No.

29, AF AM. He served 25 years in the Montana National Guard and held the rank of captain at the end of World War II. Survivors include the widow; two sons, Thomas, of Richland, and John Larson, of the home; his mother, Mrs. R. O.

Larson, 508 N. 31st two brothers, Walter, of 530 Grand and Oliver Larson, 513 N. 31st St. Four grandchildren also survive. The body is at Smith's Funeral Home.

Dutton Mass Requiem high mass for Norman Paul Dutton, 61, 2409 Nina Clare Road, was sung at St. Thomas the Apostle Church Wednesday morning, with the Rev. Thomas Powers, celebrant. Assisting in sanctuary were Rt. Msgr.

A. J. Zarek, the Rev. Harold Arbanas the Rev. John Dimke, the Rev.

N. P. Bourke, the Rev. E. V.

Gergen, the Rev. Eugene Hruska, and the Rev. Francis Geiscuinas. Burial was in Holy Cross Cemetery. Pallbearers were Wilson Dunham, Russell Hallquist, Joe Herold, Louis Ratzlaff, Lynn Jones, and Charles Ehlenburg.

Mr. Dutton died in a Billings hospital of a heart attack. He is survived by the widow, four daughters, one son, one brother, one sister and three grandchildren. Michelotti Sawyers Mortuary was in charge of arrangements. Thull Mass Requiem mass for Michael Thull, 46, of Lind, was celebrated Wednesday morning at St.

Anthony's Church at Laurel. The Rev. John Maher was celebrant. Burial was in St. Anthony's Cemetery Laurel.

Brothers of the deceased were pallbearers, including Edwin Francis Robert Richard James Ervin and William L. Thull. Mr. Thull died March 31 at Lind, Wash. Surviving are one daughter, seven brothers, and four sisters.

Settergren Carey Funeral Home was in charge. BOZEMAN James L. Crawford, 80, retired program specialist for Agricultural Stabilization and Conservation Service, died Tuesday at a Bozeman hospital. Mr. Crawford was born May 27, 1885, at Warsaw, a son of Mr.

and Mrs. James F. Crawford. He came to Crow Agency in 1900 a and was clerk at the government store there. From Crow Agency, he went to Forsyth where he was clerk at a store.

He came to Hysham in 1919, owning and operating Treasure County Abstract Co. until 1937. Mr. Crawford married Gladine Lewis on Nov. 15, 1919.

Edward J. Beck, 70 Edward James Beck, 70, of S. 33rd St. died Tuesday at Veterans' Hospital in Miles City. Born in Yankton, S.D., June 4, 1895, he was a son of Mr.

and Mrs. Jacob Beck. He came to Montana with his parents in 1913, and attended public schools in Billings. Mr. Beck worked as a car foreman with Northern Pacific Railroad for 43 years and served in World War I.

He married Margaret Allen in Butte in 1940. Survivors include the widow; three sons, Edward F. Beck of 321 S. 33rd Edward J. Beck, of 600 N.

14th and Donald Beck of California; three daughters, Mrs. Maxine Steinmetz of 2839 51st St. Mrs. Jacob Cook of 620 Lux Ave. and Mrs.

John Kreiner of 6 Jefferson four sisters, Mrs. Johanna Baney of Olivette, S. Mrs. Clara Dean of Gettysburg, S.D., Mrs. Martha Stieverson of 209 Ave.

and Mrs. Loretta Sollinger of Los Angeles, 23 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be in Smith's Funeral Chapel Saturday at 10 a.m. with burial in Mountview Cemetery. The U.S.

He was a 50-year member of Order of Eastern Star and received his 50-year pin from Masonic Lodge in 1964. Surviving is the widow. Funeral services will be Friday at 3 p.m. in Dokken-Nelson Sunset Chapel. Burial will be in Forsyth.

A strong high pressure system centered over Alaska is feeding cooler moist air south through Canada and into the Great Plains. The cooler air will continue moving south during the rest of this week and will drop temperatures 5-10 degrees over Montana Thursday. High temperatures tomorrow will range from 40 in the extreme north portion and from 50 to 60 in the south. Some of the cooler air moved into the extreme northern portion of Montana Wednesday while the remainder of the state was under the influence of warm air from the southwest. High readings ranged from 54 in Cut Bank and 57 in Havre and West Yellowstone up to 70 in Missoula and Whitehall.

Students Plan Goodies for Gls Billings servicemen in Viet Nam will receive some goodies from home from Lincoln Junior High School students, thanks to Teacher Marshall Jones homeroom students. The union said the apartments would go up in New York, New Orleans, Chicago and San Francisco at a total cost of $14 million 20-story buildings in New York and New Orleans and 11-story structures in the other cities.
