Transferred Dave Steingruher, asst. manager at Glasgow for Pacific Hide Fur Depot, has been named manager of the Miles City branch, replacing Bill Knick, who transferred Pocetello, Ida. The company has 31 branches in five states.

Its enterprises include metals recycling, hide and fur trading, and the sale of steel, hardware, farm and building supplies. The Northwestern National Bank of Minneapolis is the registrar and transfer agent for the 850 campground system. First Bank System, declared a dividend of 51 cents per share, payable Sept. 10, to shareholders as of Aug. 29, equivalent to an annual dividend of 2.04 per share. The system includes 91 member banks and trust companies, data processing, insurance, leasing and mortgage banking subsidiaries.

Northwest Banco rporation declared quarterly dividends of 33 cents per share payable Sept. 1 to stockholders of Aug. 3.
