Charles Murphy, Stoney Pike ; Trailer court, received two fines of ?1 and $14.75 costs on charges of operating a motor vehicle without a license and improper plates. Richard E. Vance, route 3, Lo- gansporl, paid SI 5 and $14.75 costs on a speeding count. Robert L. Martin, of 212 Park avenue and Mcix Durrschmidt, of Shelton. Conn., were fined $10 ar.d J1-S.75 CQ.SI.S each for exceeding the speed limit. Two other speeders pleaded guilty. Robert T. Gilbert, of DeMotte, was fined $6 and $14.75 costs and Marguerite Anderson, of route 1, Loganspor'., $7 and $1-1.75. costs. For failure to yield the right ol way, Clarence A. Schultz, 36, of route 1, Star City, who died Friday at Memorial hospital, Logansport, will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday at the Fry-Lange funeral home. The' Revs. William Cooper and Bryan Johnson will officiate and interment will be made in tile Star City Odd-fellows cemetery. Friends may call at the mortuary. Born on May 23, 1920 in Winamac, he was the son of Henry and Grace A. Pate Schultz. He married Dorothy Fritz on February 16, 1940. The deceased belonged .to the Star City Methodist church and the Modern Woodmen of America.
