This year's featured chef is Gregory Short, executive chef at Masa, a four-star restaurant in San Francisco. Short is a native of Bozeman. The dinner and auction is a fundraiser for the Boys Girls Club of Red Lodge and the Beartooth Front. Tickets are $150.

There will be a vote for the Best Dressed Alpha Male and Alpha 2008 Rocky Mountain Chefs Invitational February 2, 2008, 6:30 pm THE MERITAGE ROOM AT BRIDGE CREEK Bridge Creek Executive Chef Eric Trager of Bridge Creek and a yet to be named guest chef will be teaming up to plan an evening of extraordinary cuisine and wine. The menu designed by these award-winning chefs win highlight the best of Montana cuisine and each course will be paired with a wine specially selected by Bridge Creek owner Peter Christ The event is a fund-raiser for the Boys Girts Club of Red Lodge. The past three year's events have raised over $40,000 and the organizers have every confidence that this year's event will exceed all expectations.
