Louis J. Dincher, 052 West Third Sutet, to Richard Michael Miller, son of Mr. and Mrs. Harold L. Miller, Tlrusvllle, took at noon today, Nov: 28, 1970, In the Church of the Annunciation.

The Rev. Richard performed the ceremony and Mr. Dincher. escorted daughter to the altar. The-bride selected lace gown designed with a VlCt torlan nrffled neckline, full.length sleeves with ruffled cuffs, e.npire borfice, and bouffant with scalloped chnntilly lace I he bodice was highlighted with pearls.

A cluster of matching satin loops with applique motifs encrusted with seed pearls and crystal drops held the bride's pouf veil of English Illusion and she carried a cascade bouquet of white chrysanthemums pompons with ivyj Miss Donna Marie Dincher, this cfty, was maid of honor for Her sister. She wore a gown featuring an empire bodice of emerald green velvet with puff sleeves, and a light gieen skirt. She wore a band of flowers for her headdress and carried a matching bouquet of yellow daisy pompons and bronze and tan James Schwab, TJonesta, was best man for MrTMiller. A reception followed the ceremony at the home of the bride's parents. The bridal couple will reside In Tituaville.

The bride and bridegioom are both Syracuse University giaduates.
