"The doctor he wouldn't live to be 4," Stallings said.

"Then they said he wouldn't make it to 11." Sunday, when the Cardinals visit Texas Stadium to take on the Dallas Cowboys, father and son will be there. "This is the great thing about Johnny," Stalling said. "He still believes in Santa Claus 100 percent He's got a one-way ticket to heaven. There isn't a mean bone in his body." Stallings, born and raised in Texas and a Dallas defensive back coach for 14 years, has a Gene Stallings fainted the day doctors told him his newborn son had Down's Syndrome and wasn't expected to live long. That was 25 years ago and Stallings and his son still are staunch companions.
