He has been in jail for about tbo past three months awaiting trial on the charge of abduction of the girl now his wife. The father finally decided to drop the case if the two were married. Immediately after tbe ceremony they both lett for Plymouth, where they have lived most of their lives.

Jane McClary, one of the excutors named, in tbe will is dead; while the other, lrwin W. McClary, renounces his right to act as such, and requests that letters of administration be granted to William Brown, whose petition is filed. Tbe petition states that the deceased left an estate consisting of personal property to the value of about S.IOOO. In the will lrwin W.
