HEZK. JOHNSON, March 2j, tSob.

THli is to give ihiit fubferiber hereof hath obtained letters of adminiftratipra the orphans court of Anpe Aruncel county, ion the eltate pi INA1 HjAISlc L. tUSllSK, late, 01 met County Rforefaid, deceafed, do therefore requeft that all perfons, who have claims, againlt the laid eltate to thni ill imlli iitk.ntlrarrrl. tnA thofe, are in any manner indebtell to faid eftate to make) pay ment to' SUSANN FpSTER, Adminiftratnx. "Mnfriinrf mnre certain than A SO fays every one, and we all agree that they mnft be paid, but differ a little as to the tine of pay ment; I and, for unqueftionable reafons, it ought to be made early in the year, msny erroneoufly think they may claim indulgence till the All, and there are, perhaps a few fill! more unresfonable. people of this county, however, deferve much credit, fpr they generally pay county charges with cheerfulnefs but I would recommend it to them o' difcharge theif aOeflment fome months the year than has hitherto been the practice, pofitively the refult wculd be to their advantage.

I wifh it to be generally known that ihe accounts for the year 1799 are now due, they are ready for delivery, and fhall be diftributed as fpeedily as polfible, fhortly thereafter fhall proceed, as the law direfls, to complete the collection 1 in the mean time I requeft and tfuft men will make early proyvfion, and, if called fnm home, leave the money with fome one of the family for the colleftor to rind the people thus prepared would really afford, him great fattsfaclion. Th)fe who attended the collector's meetings lad year, and others who paid their accounts in Annapolis, will pleafe to accept my thanks, it is intended to pur fue the fame mode this year, of which timely notice fhall be given. WILLIAM ALEXANDER. Many, I truft, will find it both agreeable and convenient to fettle their accounts in Annapolis in my abferice James Mackubin, Efq; will receive money forme and give receipts. W.

A. 1 HI FLYER, Will (land to cover mares this feafon at South River ferry, four miles from Annapolis, from the IJthof April to the 1 jch of July, at twenty dollars each; ii credit is required, or fifteen dollars each, and one dollar to the groom, if the money is fent with the mares, or paid by the end of the feafon. HIGH FLYER is fix teen hands high, a blood bay, with a fUr and one white foot, And is the largell full bred horle ever imported into this couutry. The owners of this horfe's colt: have been offered from 600 to 1000 dollars for them, both in Penhfylvanu and Maryland. High Flyer was bred by Richard Tatterfall, got by his High Flyer, which won upwards of 7000 guineas, and wa never beat.

Thiftle, the dam of High Flyer, was got by Syphon, fhe was the dam. of Mr. lutchifon's Thillle, which was a good runner, his grand dam by Cade, (he was the dam of Mr. Shaftoe's Hunter Omnium, Herald, and Mill 1 ,1 1 it. .1.

iSariOtn, nis great grana oam vy rarincr, me was rue dam of Toy Madam, the dam of Twig, Druwfey, Torifmnnd, AlciJes, the dam of Young Cade, the dam ol Omnium Filly, by Cade, the dam of Prioten and Villager, all capital runners, his great great grand dam by Matchlefs, great great great jrand dara ky Brimmer, his great great great great grand dam by PJ act's White Turk, and out of a Liyton Barb mate. LftEBOO, the firft colt of High Flyet's get, that has fiarted, out of a full bred mare, won three races in as many days laft fall, ought to enhance this horfe's flock. The mod capital rlud horfes in England do not get one colt in ten good runners. The reafon of High Flyer's (landing this feafon at fifteen dollars each mare is the want of money in this flate; jf High Flyer was in England, and fo capital a colt as Lee boo had made three fuch races, High Flyer would have ftocd at twenty guineas each mare. Good giafa will be provided for mares at 39 per week, every attrition paid them, but will not be anfwerable for accidents or cfcapes.
