P. Beall, John Beail, Priscilla i Sl Ann Beall. The object of thojill is to obtain a decree tor the conveyance of part of tract of land called. "God's Grace's Levels," lying in Calvert county, The bill states that a certain Thomas Gaotlate of Prince George's eoanty, being seised in fee simple of part of a tract of land called Grace' situate in Calvert county, did by his bond of conveyance, bearing, date the 3 1st day of March 1814, bind himself to convey to William Boyd, of Calvert oounty, the said part of a tract of land by the metes and bounds in said bond mentioned; that said Boyd assigned all his right to Tubman K. Long, of Cal vert county, who assigned ail his right to the complainant Tnomas C.

Gantt, which bond aud assignment are ex hibited with said bill; that Thomas Gantt has died, and by his last will and testament aud the codicil thereto, appointed no person to convey said land, made no disposition of said and left no residuary legatees, by rea son whereof the said land has de scended to Daniel Gaott, of Frederick county, (who would have been sole heir to the said deceased Thomas Gantt, in case the act to direct descents had not been made, he the said Daniel Gantt being the eldest brother of the deceased Thomas Gantt,) to Charles Gantt, Richard Gantt, Thomas Gantt. The Subscriber offers' at Private Sale, on a liberal credit, the following REAL ESTATE: A Farm situated in Broad Neck, Anne Arundel county, seven miles from Annapolis, adjoining the estate of James Mackubin and Horatio Rid out, esquires, and containing about 250 Acres, With a sufficient proportion of wood land, the growth of which is pripci illy oak, hickory, walnut, locust and poplar. The soil is naturally of an excellent quality, and susceptible of an easy and rapid improvement, by manuring with sea ore.
