Ilarwooi). late of the citv of Annapolis, the subscribers offer for sale a tract or Una, containing about 413 acres, (now to the occupation of John 8ullivan, Esquire,) lying on Elk Ridge, in Anne Arundel county, about three miles above the Waterloo Tavern. The roads from Waterloo Tavern, up the country, and from Owen's Mills to Baltimore, pass through this 4and.

The' best judges are of opinion that this land is capable of being made equal to any of the Elk Ridge lands. There are on it a good dwelling house, and convenient out houses, a garden, a spring of most excellent water very near the dwelling, and an ice house. He flatters himself that as all classas of adventurers, may be accommodated, the pre. sent scheme will be duly appreciated and approved.
