Sober I A. On Sunday Nightfall a fiftiing Schooner brought in here Capt. Daniel Malcomb, and nis Men, oe longing to the Sloop Charming Nancy, from Cork to this Place, whofe Cargo conlifted chiefly of Sea Coal and Butter, which was call away, at a Place called Ship Harbour, to the Eaftward of this Place, where (he had put in to avoid the Storm which bappen'd on Sunday 7 night: She parted her Cables, and drove on a Ledge of Rocks, where Ihe Hove to Pieces in a very little Time the Men laved their Lives by getting on the Rocks, where they tarried five Days afterwards, living upon But ter and boii'd Dulie (a bort or bea ween; and Cranberries, which they alio bon and eat with Butter (without Bread or Meat) till they met with faid Schooner during which Time they faved 1 50 Firkins of Butter, and fome other Things from the Wreck, which are brought in here.
