Burd Grubb and Henry Bates Grubb, minor children of Peter Crubb, late of Hopewell forge, in Lancaftex county, deceifed, was read, fetting forth, that the alteration prayed for (by the re monftrance read March 7th) in the divifion line between the counties of Lancafter and by extending the line along the fouth mountain, and by the lines of the townfhip 1 of Lebanon and Heidelberg, if granted, materially injure the interefts of the faid minor children therefore praying that the prayer of the aforefaid remonftrance may be rejected.

THERE AS the above named vv Tohn Lezett, heretofore of Bladen county, in North Carolina, hath preferred a bill of complaint againft the faid Rachel Rowel, for adultery, and praying a fentence of divorce thereupon, agreeable to the laws of this province.
