I About eight years ago a certain Chriftian Wiegner purchafed of Cafper Fabjan, of Springfield townhip aforefaid, a plantation, fi to ate in faid town(hip, part of the purchafe money for which, he paid; and for the payment of the remaining part being became bound with the faid Chriftian Weigner to the faid Cafpef Fabian.
