Mrs. Wyatt was a native this city; member of Tabernacle Baptist Church, Daughters of Rebecca and the National Ideal Benefit Society. Surviving are: husband, Everett; two sous: Charles and James Parham; two step-sons: Eugene and Hugh Wyalt, of New York; grandchildren, two uncles, a daughter-in-law, two sisters-in- law, several nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends. Born in Charles City County February 27, 187(1. he received his early schooling in the public schools. A graduate of i i i a College in he studied for the ministry at Virginia Union i i and Vale i i His pastorales i ML Garland Baptist Church of Louisa. New Hope Baptist Church of Brooke. Gillfield Baptist Church of Petersburg, Shiloh Bap- list Church of Cheslerfield.

He was a teacher, minister, civic leader and social worker in whatever community he found himself. His influence was felt in the Lott Carey Convention, in the Bethany Baptist Association and other Conventions of the state and nation. In the local ministerial conference he was president before retiring. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. S.

A. Brown, two daughters, Lucille I. Brown of Washington, D. and Mildred B. Williams of this city, three sons, Samuel Hugo of Richmond, Wilbur II.

and A. Lulher Brown of this city, a twin brother, A. L. Brown of A a i City, New Jersey; three grand children, a sister-in-law, two sons-in-law, two daughters- in-law and many other relatives and friends. The funeral will be held at 2 p.

DAVID J. JACKSON' David Jasper Jackson route 1 box 15.3 Disputanla, passed away tins morning at o'clock In the i Veterans Hospital, Richmond. Mr. Jackson was a native of Prince George County and was a member of the Eleventon Baptist Church. He was a veteran of World War I.
