Yet Light believes that the cover encasing the long-playing record is an important a a which deserves carefu! attention. So when Light recently launched his new Command label a company that has taken a gigantic step forward in the bowid- 'less field of stereophonic sound, he best "possible jackets. He also obtained the services of Irwin Rosenhouse, twice a recipient of the Huntinglon Hartford Fellowship for Graphic Arts, 'and Neil Fujita, an internationally known graphic artist. Russell, today suggested a trial program for the purchase of broiler chickens by the agriculture department for the school lunch program. Russell made the suggestion in a letter to Secretary of Agriculture Ezra Taft Benson. Georgia is a leading producer of broilers. The agriculture department previously has declined to buy poultry with funds authorir.ed by Congress for purchases of surplus agricultural commodities. Russell's proposal would involve other funds appropriated by Congress specifically for purchase of food for donation to the school lunch program.

Congress has authorized 125 million dollars for this purpose but none of it has been used to buy broilers. Russell asked Benson to start a trial program of broiler purchases.
