The lout' table was uol cluttered with a lot of little things, There wtis a handsome heirloom gutter with slices of rolled top sirloin of Ixxsf; two deep black china bowls from South Africa filled with lobsler-polato salad; mustard and sliced dill pickles; a platter of two kinds of thinly sliced bread; a monkey wood' hors d'ocuvres server from Hawaii filled with radish roses, endive spears, celery hearts, cucumber sticks, black and green olives; a woixlcn tray of assorted dieescs and crackers; and a silver bawl of finger fruit There was also a large (jroen and white frosted cake with fresh orange filling. Coffee, of course. Both the cake and coffee were served on a separate small table to prevent crowding of lle buffet. Ttw lobster-potato salad was a sensation.

We had to give most of our guests the recipe. So, now, thinking you will wanl it, too, here is your copy: LOBSTER-POTATO SALAD (( serving!) 6 (4-ounce) South African rock lobster tails 2 pounds potatoes 1-2 cup diced onion 1 leospoon salt 1-4 teaspoon whlto pepper 1 1-2 cups mayonnaise cup heavy cream Place frozen rock lobster tails in a large kettle.
