The program was arranged by Mrs. Estelle Thompson of Tarrytown. Leviticus Lyon was the director. More than 300 persons were present at the affair which was held in the large auditorium. Grasslands Hospital patients and members of the medical, nursing and teneral operations staff of the hospital were entertained.

Many of the audience were patients in wheel chairs. For those who were unable to leave their beds the con cert was broadcast direct so that they might pick it up on the radios in the wards. Attending the A. M. E.
