WORLD NATIONAL REPORT Germans foil yet another bus hijacker BERLIN German police overpowered an armed man who hijacked a bus yesterday, freeing several hostages in what was the third bus hijacking in the country in two weeks and the second in three days. A man armed with a knife hijacked the bus in the center of Berlin last night, threatening the driver and three passengers. No further details were immediately available. Two days ago, a 17-yearold Lebanese youth demanding the release of key Sept. 11 terror suspect Ramzi Binalshibh, who is in American custody, hijacked a bus in the northern city of Bremen.

He forced the driver on a chase across northern Germany with 14 passengers aboard. Police stormed the bus and disarmed the man. No one was injured.
