WIL LIAMS, CITY PHYSICIAN, GIVES THE PROOF of the Warren district, the births ex- cedlng the deaths by twelve, or more than twice as many blrtBi as deaths, according to the report for that month by Dr. F. R. Williams, city physicjttn.

Twelve boys and eight girls were born. Th report shows, that notwithstanding the epidemic of pneumonia and lagrlppe, which, however, is not endemic in Bisbee, the health of the city is remarkably pod. OLthe eight deaths reported by the city physi cian, five were of males and three females. With the exception of one case of dlptheria, the city Is almost free of contagious diseases of any kind. The diptherla cas is thoroughly quarantined and the disease will -not progress any further, as the case Is be ing carefully- watched bj the health officers.
