PASO. March 15. A report was received here late today that fifty rebels of" Jose Ym-t Salazar" rotu-niand were killed at the Lielaros mine, 12 miles west of Laguua station on the Mexican Central Railroad, early today when a Carranza force of Yaqui Indians pursued and 'jvertook the Sal-azar band that had attacked a passenger train at Laguna station Friday.

According to the report Salazar and his followers were overtaken by a superior force of de facto troops at the mine. Salazar is said to have had a narrow escape from capture. The Carranza losses were reported to have been 27 dead and several w'ounded.
