The station will operate on 316,000 watts from a 784-foot tower here.

He knows fields have to be plowed quickly between rains. As a result, he's taking a lot of chiding from hif neigh- bore.

Before Windhorst pulled into a field to plow recently, his son, Alan, did some welding on Wind horst's tractor umbrella.
