A daughter of the late Anthony and Rose Brogna Lesza. she came to this country at a young age. She settled ia Pittston and lived there all her life. She belonged to the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Christian Witnesses in Pittstoa. Two husbands preceded her in death.

A son of the late Charles H. and Georgina Hitchings of Kingston and Luzerne, he was born in Wales and came to the United States with his parents la 1921 He resided in Luzerne before moving to Staunton in 1946. A 1938 graduate of Luzerne High School, he was a well-known athlete there. He was an Army veteran of World War II and of the Korean conflict.

Before his retirement, he was a supervisor in Bengal Dupont Laboratories. Surviving are his widow, the former Dorothy Pierce; daughter. son, Kenneth, Norfolk, sisters, Mrs. Murial Gusanas and Mrs. Margaret Isaac, both of Luzerne; Mrs.

Reap Frank X. Reap, Bear Creek Village, died Saturday afternoon at home. He attended St. Mary's High School', Wilkes-Barre, and was a graduate of Wyoming Seminary and King's College. He was employed by Pennsylvania National Insurance Company, and was a member of St.

Elizabeth's Church, Bear Creek. He was also a member of the Wyoming Valley Country Club, the Bear Creek Association, the Split Rock Rod and Gun Club and Northeastern Pennsylvania Claims Association. Born in Philadelphia on Nov. 18, 1923, he was a son of the late Harry K. and Margaret Waters and lived in Berwick for most of his life. A Navy veteran, he had been employed by Berwick Hospital as an operating room orderly for the past 13 years.

Sponar John F. Sponar, 86, of RD was pronounced dead on arrival at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday at Nesbitt Memorial Hospital after being stricken ill at home. Bora in Poland, June 16, 1893, he came to the United States as a child and settled In Avoca. He resided in Dallas Township for the past seven years, having previously resided In Luzerne for many years.

Before his retirement in 1953; he was employed as a coal miner at various area collieries. His wife, the former. Lottie Latoski, died on Nov. 19, 1976. He was a member of Sacred Heart Church, Luzerne and Local 452, United VTme-Workers of America, Swoyersville.

Anthony Lovenduski, 131 Pettebone Duryea, was pronounced dead at the scene by Deputy Coroner Frank Piontek, police said. Lovenduski ran his motorcyle into the side of a the truck at 7:40 am.
