Baker, 70, of 374 Hayes Friday. Services 2 p.m. Tuesday. (Hale-Sarver) RIKE, Anna (nee Dudon), age 73, of Dayton, passed away Thursday, July 14, 1988. She was retired from FrigidaireDelco Air after 33 years of service and was a member of the 25 Year Club at Frigi-daire.

She was also a member of the American Czechoslovakian Club and the American Slovak Club. Anna was preceded in death by her husband, George in 1978; 1 brother, Joseph Dudon in 1 986; 1 sister, Rose Sutton in 1987 and is survived by her brother, Andrew wife, Rose Dudon; her sister, Pauline Bocko, all of Dayton; her brother, John wife, Vera Dudon Route 125, died Sunday morning at Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston, where she had been a patient for the past four weeks. She was born in Piqua, Ohio, January 24, 1924, the daughter of Herman and Mary Szed-lak Schauer. She was educated in the Dayton, Ohio schools and attended Julienne High School. She graduated from Patterson High School in Dayton.

On August 27, 1945, she married Andrew Voytko at Langley Air Force Base, VA. After their marriage they moved to Maine, making their home in Durham. She is survived by her husband of Durham; three daughters, Jill McDonough of Cumberland Center, Mrs. John (Lesley) Williams of Gardiner, and Andrea Voytkoof Seattle, two sisters, Mary Witt-man of Dayton, Ohio and Irene Williams of Salem, two brothers, Frank Schauer and Elmer Schauer, both of Dayton, Ohio; two grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews and friends. BURNHAM, Thomas Frank (TJ), age 38, of Randolph Township, passed away early Saturday morning.

Tom was born in Dayton on September 20, 1 949 and lived in the Dayton area most of his life. He had served in the United States Marine Corps during the Vietnam era. Tom was preceded in death by his father, Asa, in 1986 and by his brother, Don, in 1968. Survivors include his mother, Helen Burn-ham; 1 brother and sister-in-law, Gary and Melba Burnham of Jackson, MI; 2 sisters, Barbara Titler of Jackson, MI and Linda and Jerry Murphy of Dayton; 8 nieces and nephews, Dune, Jodi, Jim, Kelly, Julie, Jani, Steve and Josh; 1 grand-niece and grandnephew. Allen Dee, age 85, of 834 Bedford Avenue, passed away Tuesday at Veterans Administration Medical Center. A native of Fay-etteville, TN and a Dayton resident 3 years. Lubin, founder of the Kitchens of Sara Lee, has died after apparently suffering a heart attack while driving, authorities said. He was 84.

Lubin died Friday at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. In 1949 Lubin named his first special cheesecake after his 8-year-old daughter, Sara Lee. Man dies in crash on Nicholas Road A man was killed Saturday morning in a single car accident on Nicholas Road in southwest Dayton. Dayton police said the man, whose name was being withheld pending notification of next of kin, was killed when his car hit a metal trolley-line pole near 2942 Nicholas Road. The accident occurred at about 9 a.m.

as the car was eastbound on Nicholas. The vehicle, traveling "at an excessive rate of speed," went off of the right side of the road and struck a Miami Valley Regional Transit Authority pole so hard it was pulled from the ground, police reports said. The victim, who was pronounced dead at St. Elizabeth Medical Center, was the only person in the car. Police probe death SCHELL, Phyllis Jean, age 60, of Bellbrook, died Thursday at her residence.

She was a member of the Rebbeccas. Survived by her husband, Harvey Schell of 40 years of marriage; her mother, Eunice Martin of Kettering; 2 sons, Scott of Athens, Oh. Doug of Kettering; 3 grandchildren, Aimee, Christa Nicholas. Services 10 A.M. Tuesday, Morris Sons Funeral Home, 1771 E.

of 36-year-old man ZIZERT, Helen age 82, of Dayton, died Wednesday at Miami Valley Hospital. She retired after 36 years of service as a Deputy Auditor for Montgomery County. Preceded in death by her husband, William H. Sur-vi ved by two daughters sons-in-law, Betty Howard Hilsheimer of Dayton and Nancy Jack Mcgee of Norfolk, Virginia; sister, Kathryn Boesch of Dayton; grandchildren, Cathy Vince Shay, Charlotte Magee William Magec; greatgrandchildren, Sarah Paul Shay. Helen was a member of the Phllador-ian Club, Board of Dayton Young Womens League, Montgomery County Republican Central Committee and the Board of Riverdale Church.

just after 3:30 a.m. Saturday. Hall had knife wounds on his body, but the Montgomery County coroner's office said a ruling on the cause of death has been deferred pending further tests. Police reports said the initial investi gation indicated Hall died sometime be tween 11:30 p.m. Friday and 3:30 a.m.
