damages. A review of the cases shows there are 153 cases of which thirty-three are divorce cases, over half ot which have been filed by Bisbee parties. While the number, seems exceedingly large, there are some twenty or thirty cases that will be dismissed the first day of court, or upon the calling of the calendar. A number of the divorce cases will go by default, no answers having been filed, so they will occupy but a short time. The order for the drawing of the grand and trial jurors has not been received as yet.
