In the eighth grade, according to Professor Davis. three teachers will be required to take care of approximately 141 pupils, which is an average or rorty nlne to a teacher. In the seventh grade the same number of teachers will be required to take care of MS pupils, or fifty five pupils to one teacher. The enrollment for the year waa Z.307, an Increase over last year, which was 2,211.

Tbo enrollment last year was the largest in the his tory of the district and a larger en rollment for the coming year is ex pected. An increase In the enroll ment df the high school next year win require better accommodations. Tardiness has been practically Droxen up, the report said. At most of the events bands will work In alternat ing shifts, so that there will be a band, playing all the time. Thirty nanus in raraae In the rolling chair parade there will be over thirty brass bands, and fife and drum corps in the line of march. This parade last year was over two miles in length, and from the way the entry blanks are coming into the main office the indica tions are that it win oe at least three miles in length' this year.

In the bathers' revue there will be over twenty bands. In this re vue the members of the band will all be in bathing suits. This is a regulation that every one taking part in the bathers' revue must agree to. Beside the brass bands and fife and drum corps there will be a number of string bands that will play the dance music, and a number of jazz bands that will play the jazz music. Also there will be choral Singing in which many of the lead ing singers of America will take part, and if Miss Harrlsburg Is gifted in this respect she can her self bring further honor to Harrls burg by singing or by playing before the thousands of visitors to the pageant.

Hi 7 Mermaid NERVOUS CLINIC HAS BUSY YEAR Report Imw4 Stars Increase in Number of Patient Treated Daring Last Seuioa Almost 200 patients were treated at the Clinic of Nervous and Mental Hygiene during the last year, according to a statement Issued today. The number treated this year Is an increase of 40 over last year. The clinic meets every Tuesday afternoon at 111 Chestnut street from September to June.
