Brigadier General Spicer will cause the Nation Flag to be hoisted at the Battery at sunrise and direct a national salute to be fired from thence noon. Brigadier General Spicer will casso a salute of fifteen guns to be fired from the right of command on the approsch of the Major eral, and one gun on the left, at the termination of the review.
