BRIDGET PAROCHIAL SCHOOL GRADUATING CLASS Bomb Blast Kills Ten ALGIERS (UP) — A new bomb outrage that killed 10 persons and injured more than 80 others brought French - Moslem tension to a new danger point today. | French authorities took stern Logansport, Indiana, Pharos-Tribune *Seven precautions to protect the Moslem population against French reprisals for the double bombing of La Corniche Casino outside Algiers Sunday night. The rebellion has relumed violently to Algiers itself after four months of comparative calm. Only last Tuesday rebels planted three bombs at crowded bus stops in downtown Algiers, killing 10 persons and wounding 85. The attacks have marked a shift in nationalist tactics, designed to terrorize both the European and the Moslem population.
