Lof- Committee in Charge of Chain Bridge Parties For Franco-Serbian Relief Fund Miss Elsie Jensen, a bride of the was guest of honor Monday evening at a miscellaneous shower given by Miss Anne Plerson and Miss Elizabeth Aaron at the home of Miss Aron. The patriotic colors were used the decoration and hearts, cupids American flags were featured roughout the rooms. Red, white and blue streamers extended from the corners of the dining room to the chandelier over the table. A booth, representing a store, was in one corner of the In ing- room and was in charge of Miss Ann Pierson.

The bride was giv- a shopping list and sent to the store on her first shopping trip where she received many beautiful and useful gifts. After an hour of games and music by Miss Gladys Hansen and Miss Augusta Ockerson. the guests invited to the dining room, where refreshments were served by Mrs. W. Smith and Miss Elizabeth Geason.

These parties, though very simple, are giving a little boost to society which has lain dormant for many months, and at the same time are the means of starting a sum of money which will be a great addition to the national fund.
