All were released following treatment. Mike Swanek, 13, of 163 Searle street, Pittston, lacerated his right elbow on a glass door at his home. Three sutures were required to close the wound.

Board Of View Will Fix Values Judge Thomas M. Lewis has named a board of view to determine value of the interest Joseph Gubitoso, 127 Oak street. In property leased by him in Plains Township and taken by the State for construction of the Anthracite Expressway. The one-acre tract was leased by Gubitoso from Pennsylvania Coal Company August 28, 1956. Gubitoso constructed a building on the land with poles, lights and signs and uses it to sell food.

Kaluzavich Dies At Hospital Anthony Kaluzavich of 14 Prospect Street, Pittston, died at 7:25 this morning in Pittston Hospital where he was admitted eight days ago as a medical patient. He was born in Lithuania and came to this country 55 vears ago settling in Pittston. He was a retired mine worker. Kaluzavich was. a member of the Lithuanian Citizens' Club of Pittston.

Surviving are his, wife, the former Margaret Shelosky of West Pittston; son, John, at two. grandchildren; a brother and five sisters in Lithuania. Funeral will be held Tuesday morning at 10 from the Kizis Funeral Home, 134 Church Street, Pittston, with interment in Lithuanian Cemetery, West Wyoming. Carl Rosencrance presided the meeting during which Frank Dembowski, representing residents of Montgomery avenue, stated that oil film from Consolidated Cigar Corporation spots to appear on house paint. Dembowski said oil film covers washes on lines and is generally tracked into the homes in the area.
